STEMSaathi specializes in hands-on DIY learning kits, robotics hardware, microcontroller boards, electronic modules, and educational activity boxes.

We make every effort to display product colors, specifications, component lists, and images as accurately as possible. However, actual component styling or packaging may vary slightly due to continuous product updates and component enhancements.

All products listed in the online shop are subject to stock availability. In the rare event an ordered item becomes temporarily out of stock prior to dispatch, our customer support team will contact you promptly to offer a replacement, estimated restocking date, or full order refund.

All product prices listed on the STEMSaathi store are denominated in Indian National Rupees (INR ₹).

Upon completing checkout on the STEMSaathi website, an automated order receipt and confirmation email will be issued to your provided email address and/or WhatsApp number.

Receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. STEMSaathi reserves the right to accept or decline your order at any time after receipt for reasons including suspected fraudulent activity, technical checkout errors, or delivery address unserviceability.

We deliver consumer STEM products to pincodes serviced by recognized courier partners across India.

• Order Processing & Dispatch: Confirmed orders are typically packed and dispatched from our Jaipur central warehouse within 24 to 48 business hours.
• Delivery Timelines: Standard delivery generally takes 3 to 7 business days depending on destination pincode accessibility.
• Tracking Details: Tracking numbers and courier partner details are shared via email / SMS once the shipment is dispatched.
• Free shipping thresholds or applicable courier fees are explicitly displayed in the shopping cart prior to checkout.

STEMSaathi DIY activity boxes contain electronic sensors, jumper wires, battery connectors, microcontrollers, and small mechanical components designed for hands-on experimentation.

• Adult Supervision: Young learners under the age of 14 should assemble and operate DIY hardware under adult or parental supervision.
• Component Safety: Always follow enclosed printed manuals or digital video guides carefully. Do not short-circuit battery terminals or apply external high-voltage sources beyond recommended operating parameters.
• STEMSaathi is not liable for injuries or component damages resulting from improper assembly, deliberate misuse, or failure to follow supplied safety instructions.

All content on www.stemsaathi.com — including logos, brand names, product graphics, assembly manuals, code samples, curriculum guides, and media assets — is the exclusive property of STEMSaathi (CIN: U85300RJ2024PTC19283) and is protected under Indian intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from website materials for commercial resale without prior written consent from STEMSaathi.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian consumer laws, STEMSaathi and its directors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website services.
